Yes, we had a meeting on Saturday. The summary of our discussion is as follows.

Co-citations can be seen as hyperlink endorsements. We have developed an approach to compute the probability that a hyperlink on a given page is endorsed by co-citations. This "endorsement probability" can also be seen as a measure of the relevance of the target page to the source page.¹ In our discussion, we debated about ways of validating our claims of relevance determined using endorsement probabilities. We discussed about: (1) User relevance feedback to measure precision and recall, (2) Computing the cosine similarity between the keyword vectors of the two documents, and (3) Obtaining the user logs of Wikipedia to study what are the links that people are actually visiting from a given page.
