Signup captcha?
Admins, can we put up a captcha for the signup process? Everyday we seem to be getting a few tens of spam signups on Oktave.

The signup process already has a captcha. But the spam bots seem to be able to crack it with little trouble. I'll try to find some other form of human-ness verification.
